Online Services is now available for registered members. We thank you for your patience as we temporarily took Online Services offline to enhance security and improve the design.
This is an important step in reintroducing self-service options and establishing a foundation for future enhancements.
The initial release focuses on a select set of services for members:
- apply for pension,
- plan for retirement by reviewing a document containing numerous personalized pension estimates across a range of plan options and retirement ages,
- view personalized documents such as annual statements and pension change notifications,
- update contact information, and
- designate a beneficiary for your pre-retirement survivor’s benefit.
A future release will see new member registration and the ability to securely share documents with TRAF. For other personalized services, we continue to be available to assist you by phone, email and Zoom and in-person appointments.
