In the event of a discrepancy, it is important to note that the website does not (and cannot) alter the pension plan terms as established by The Teachers' Pensions Act, The Pension Benefits Act and other applicable legislation. TRAF will administer the pension plan based on the applicable law, facts and policies in effect at the time it makes any particular decision. Decisions are subject to appeal under TRAF's Member Appeal Policy.
